Science Teacher

This role involves teaching Science to KS3 and KS4 students, beginning September 2024.

Experience Requirements:
Familiarity with the Science National Curriculum.
A track record of effective teaching at Key Stages 3 and 4.
Experience in delivering combined and separate science courses up to the GCSE level.

Desired Attributes:
Ability to teach multiple science subjects at the GCSE level is preferred.

Qualifications:
A degree in a relevant field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

COVER SUPERVISORS
Grade 5 SCP 8–14/Actual Salary £16,767.32 to £18,704.87
32.5 hours per week, term time only, 38 weeks per year. Permanent

We are looking to recruit Cover Supervisors on a permanent contract.  Successful applicants should be able to effectively communicate to groups and whole classes giving direction regarding pre-set work prepared by a qualified teacher for the cover lesson and provide consistent support to all young people, responding appropriately to individual pupil needs. The role will be based across our Lower and Upper School Sites. An enhanced DBS check will be required.

You will be an enthusiastic individual who shares our ethos of supporting all students to receive the highest quality, inclusive teaching.  Applicants are expected to share our values and demonstrate them daily
