Y10 Drama Crucible workshop

23 year 10 pupils took part in a 2 hour workshop by professional writer/director Emma Hill

Our new intake year 10 Drama students took the opportunity to take part in a 2 hour Drama workshop provided by professional writer/director Emma Hill. The workshop was based on the upcoming Royal Exchange Theatre’s production of Arthur Miller’s “The Crucible” which the students will be watching on 8th October. Bridgewater was chosen by the Royal Exchange to be a lead link school in which ideas, schemes and resources will be shared. The students looked at plot, character and themes of the play throughout the workshop. Emma commented after the workshop that she “was really impressed by the mature ideas and focus showed by the students”.
