SUMMARY:OPEN EVENING Y6-Y7
DESCRIPTION:We would like to invite you and your Year 6 child to our Open Evening on Wednesday 25th September 2024 (6.00pm-8.00pm) \nThe evening provides the opportunity to look around Lower School\, meet some of our staff and listen to a 30-minute presentation involving senior colleagues and myself.  Because of the high numbers attending these evenings\, we ask that you attend the presentation at 6.15pm if your surname begins with letters A to L and at 7.00pm if it begins with the letters M to Z.  If you are attending the 7.00pm presentation\, you are advised to tour the school prior to this\, from 6.00pm. \nParking is available at Lower School; however it is restricted. We would request that you avoid parking on Hall Drive or in the areas around Beechways\, Fairways and Pineways.  Instead\, if at all possible\, we ask if you would walk to the school or leave your car in the Upper School car park on Broomfields Road. \nIf you are unable to attend\, we also hold an Open Day on Friday 27th September 2024 which involves a tour of the lower school by pupils.  Tours will be available at 9.20am and 11.30am.  If you would like to take part in this\, please email openday@bridgewaterhigh.com with your name and preferred time. \nIf you have any additional accessibility requirements that you feel the school should be aware of prior to either the Open Evening or Open Day please contact Mrs Jill Stanton Business Manager j.stanton@bridgewaterhigh.com \nThe prospectus will be available on-line on the school website from Monday 19th September.  I hope that this\, along with the Open Evening gives you a better understanding of why we are so proud of our school and the students that attend.
