Parents’ Evenings 2025-26
Dear Parent / Carer,
The dates of our online parents’ evenings for this new academic year are listed below. Teaching colleagues will be available for 5-minute appointments from 4.00 – 7.00pm. Should any issues arise during your appointment, please be assured that a follow-up telephone call or face-to-face meeting can be arranged.
Further information will be sent out closer to the date, including full instructions for making your bookings and accessing your online appointments. In the meantime, please make a note of the relevant date(s).

Thursday 27th November 2025: Y7 Appleton
Tuesday 2nd December 2025: Y7 Stockton
Thursday 11th December 2025: Y10 – all pupils
Wednesday 14th January 2026: Y11 – all pupils
Thursday 29th January 2026: Y9 Appleton
Wednesday 4th February 2026: Y9 Stockton
Wednesday 25th February 2026: Y8 Appleton
Thursday 12th March 2026: Y8 Stockton
We have decided to retain the online format for parents’ evenings as this is by far the most efficient model for these events and avoids lengthy queues when appointments over-run.
We are aware that these events – whilst undeniably useful – offer only a brief snapshot of your child’s progress. They need to be regarded alongside the work in your child’s exercise book. Assessment and monitoring is our daily concern, as is care for your child’s well-being. If, at any stage in the year you have concerns, please contact us and we will be happy to meet with you.
Your partnership with us makes a real difference and we really appreciate you taking the time to meet us at parents’ evening. Together, we can help nurture your child’s strengths, address any challenges and celebrate achievements. Thank you again for your commitment and support.
