SEND Open Evening 14th January 2026
We are delighted to invite you and your students to our upcoming SEND Open Evening on Wednesday 14 January 2025, taking place from 4.00pm–7.00pm at our Warrington campus, Winwick Road, WA2 8QA.
Alternatively, we have an additional SEND Open Evening on Tuesday 3rd February 2026, from 4.00pm – 7.00pm, at our Winsford campus, Weaver St, Winsford CW7 4AA.
These events are designed to welcome young people and those aged 19–24 with Educational Health and Care Plans, along with their parents and carers to our “exceptionally supportive and nurturing environment” (Ofsted 2024) . Our aim is to showcase the support, care and opportunities that make learning accessible to everyone at Warrington & Vale Royal College. SEND Open Evenings provide the ideal opportunity to explore how we help our students to thrive.
During these quieter, calmer open evenings, prospective students will be able to:
- Speak with curriculum and support teams to ask questions about college life, the application process, and our extensive range of technical courses
- Explore our facilities at their own pace
- Hear from our Principal and Chief Executive, as well as our Dedicated Learning Support Team
- Learn more about our Supported Internships, which are a specialist and practical pathway into employment.
We aim to create a calm and comfortable environment where guests can feel confident as they familiarise themselves with our college and courses.
