World Book Day at the Lower Library

To celebrate World Book Day and the National Year of Reading, Lower School Library ran various book-themed competitions including a Murder Mystery, Percy Jackson Camp Half-Blood competition and a ‘Book to Movie’ Quiz. We showed book trailers and gave out free World Book Day books, so pupils could try some new books/authors or read more from popular series such as Skandar, Bunny vs Monkey and Matt Oldfield’s ‘Unbelievable Football’ series. The canteen at Lower also kindly produced some lovely book-themed biscuits and cakes especially for the occasion!
