Y11 Teacher Assessed Grades 2021

See below information regarding the Teacher Assessed Grades 2021:

Thursday 12th August
Exam Results Day

Year 11 students will receive their results on Thursday 12th August.

We are looking forward to welcoming our students back to receive their GCSE results and we appreciate that this is an important day for everyone in Year 11. Whilst our students did not sit their final GCSE and BTEC exams in the same way as they would have done in other years, we understand how hard they have worked throughout their time at school and they should be rightly proud of their efforts.

To help the process of providing students with their results as quickly as possible, all students will be given an individualised time and entrance point to the school building. Consequently, individualised letters for every pupil detailing their arrival time and entrance point have been sent to each pupil’s school email address. To access the letter pupils should log-in to their school email address (e.g. 16jonesa@bridgewaterhigh.com) followed by their usual password for logging into their school account. If a pupil cannot remember their password they should contact itsupport@bridgewaterhigh.com. The summary table below, also provides pupils with the appropriate time and entrance point, based on the first letter of their surname.

Staff will be present to help students collect their results as quickly as possible. The school will remain open all day. If a pupil is unable to attend at the time give, then their results can be collected from 11am by entering the school via the Main Reception. If students would like another person to collect the results on their behalf, they should contact Mrs Golden at d.golden@bridgewaterhigh.com  by the 10th August at latest. At 2pm, any uncollected results will be posted home.

Throughout the day, there will also be members of staff available, including our careers team, to give any necessary guidance that is required in supporting students with the next stage of their Education, Employment or Training.

To support potential social distancing guidelines that may be in place on results day, we currently request that parents/carers do not come onto the school site. Where parents/carers are accompanying students to collect results, we would ask that they wait for them away from the gates of the school. We would also appreciate the support of everyone in following any social distancing guidelines, if these should be in place at this time, throughout day

We look forward to seeing you on 12th August.
