Dear Parent/Carer,

We would like to invite you and your Year 6 child to our Open Evening on Wednesday 23rd September (5.30pm-8.00pm)

The evening provides the opportunity to look around Lower School, meet some of our staff and listen to a 30-minute presentation involving senior colleagues and myself. Because of the high numbers attending these evenings, we ask that you attend the presentation at 5.30pm if your surname begins with letters A to L and at 6.30pm if it begins with the letters M to Z. If you are attending the later presentation, you are advised to tour the school prior to this, from 5.30pm.

Limited Parking is available at Lower School. There is additional parking at the Upper School car park on Broomfields Road. We would ask if you would walk to the school or leave your car in the Upper School car park. In order to ensure a safe flow of traffic for yourself, local residents and emergency services, we would request that you avoid parking on Hall Drive, the bottom of Park Crescent and areas around Beechways, Fairways and Pineways. Please do not block access or park on private land. Emergency vehicles must have free access at all times.

I hope that this, along with the Open Evening gives you a better understanding of why we are so proud of our school and the students that attend.
