Assistant Headteacher – Inclusion (Leadership Scale L15 – L19)

(Full-time permanent)

In addition to supporting pupils with many different additional needs in mainstream we also host a 25 place Designated Provision for pupils with ASC.  Students are supported by a team of 40 teaching and pastoral assistants.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to develop further an already successful and committed SEN team whilst also developing a whole school approach to supporting the most vulnerable pupils, including those requiring an Alternative Pathway.

COVER SUPERVISORS
Required From September 2025
Grade 5 SCP 8–14
Actual Salary £19,637.57 – to £21,626.11
32.5 hours per week
Term time only, 39 weeks per year
Permanent

We are looking to recruit Cover Supervisors on a permanent contract.  Successful applicants should be able to effectively communicate to groups and whole classes giving direction regarding pre-set work prepared by a qualified teacher for the cover lesson and provide consistent support to all young people, responding appropriately to individual pupil needs. The role will be based across our Lower and Upper School Sites.

You will be an enthusiastic individual who shares our ethos of supporting all students to receive the highest quality, inclusive teaching.  Applicants are expected to share our values and demonstrate them daily
