Bridgewater High School – Community Engagement Vision & Mission

At Bridgewater High School, we believe education must go beyond the classroom—equipping every student with the agency, confidence, and real-world skills to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Our vision connects education, enterprise and the local community to shape the future workforce through purposeful, aspirational, and transformative learning experiences. By partnering with business leaders, families, and local organisations, we co-create opportunities that inspire students and reflect the realities of modern life and work.

Our mission is to foster a strong community spirit within the school by building meaningful, long-term partnerships. Together, we will open doors to career development, secure sponsorships and expertise to generate investment to enrich the school experience for all students.

Where education meets enterprise—preparing students for life, not just exams.

We need your help!

We cannot do this alone. Your support— whether financial and through the generous sharing of time and expertise—can directly impact the lives of our young people.

Investment from local businesses will help fund a variety of enrichment activities beyond the school curriculum, whilst your expertise, insight and workplace can offer an experience of work, business, enterprise and life experience that we as a school struggle to offer.
