BRIDGEWATER CAREERS FAIR

On Wednesday, 26th February, we hosted our Careers Fair in the main school hall at the Upper Site. It was a great success, with over 25 organisations from a wide range of industries in attendance. Students from Years 9, 10, and 11 participated, gaining valuable insights into fields such as Engineering, Food Manufacturing, Law, Emergency Services, NHS, Computing, Banking and Finance, and many more. We were also joined by local colleges, further education providers, and three universities. It was wonderful to see our students so engaged with the event.

A couple of highlights included a gaming challenge from VIP Computers and former pupil Leo bringing in his fire and rescue equipment for students to try on. These interactive experiences really helped bring careers to life for our students, so a big thank you to all attendees for giving up their time.
