Further sports success
Achievements in both rugby and badminton events
On Tuesday 26th January, competing for the “Natwest Vase Trophy”, our Year 10 team beat Rodillian Academy, Wakefield 52-5 in the quarter finals. We wish them the best of luck in the semis.
A day later, as part of the Badminton County Championships, our KS3 Girls reached the final but were beaten by Christleton High School.
KS4 Girls, however, are County Champions as they beat Alderley Edge in the final. (KS3 Boys and KS4 Boys came 3rd).
Well done to all involved for their successes and for continuing to bring credit to the school.
