Let’s Dance for Sport Relief

On Friday 23rd March, Key Stage 3 and 4 Extra curricular and GCSE dancers took part in the Let’s Dance challenge for Sport Relief. The aim was to be apart of the ‘Biggest Dance Class’ across the country with hundreds of schools doing the same dance class at the same time. At 1pm the Dance students started their class doing a warm up, stretch and 10 part Dance piece set up by the Dance Movement with Miss Hughes leading. All the students thoroughly enjoyed it and raised approximately £100. At this point we are still waiting for donations to come in so the figure could rise!

Well done to all involved for a great few hours of charitable dancing.
