Year 10 Poland Trip

On October 30th, a group of Year 10 students went on a trip to see the Auschwitz Concentration Camp in Krakow, Poland.

The students all had an amazing time and learnt a lot from their experience there. A tour of the concentration camp gave the pupils a deeper knowledge of the terrible events that happened there and helped them understand the horrific things that the people had been through. The 48 students who went on the trip learnt a lot from their experience and Mrs Griffiths said ‘the students who came on the trip were a real credit to themselves and magnificent ambassadors for the school’. Overall, this trip was an eye-opening experience for the students and one they won’t forget.
