EPA New York Trip 2018

On the 3rd of April 2018, 68 Bridgewater students travelled to New York for 4 days. Whilst in New York the students had the opportunity to explore famous landmarks. Some of the fabulous places that the students were able to visit throughout their time in New York were: Ice skating at the Rockefeller, the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, 911 Memorial Plaza and a show on Broadway (Kinky Boots). The various restaurants visited as well were memorable as the students visited Bubba Gump, Planet Hollywood and the Hard Rock Café.

The trip involved a Broadway experience or MoMa depending on the students’ EPA choice and the whole experience was organised by Mrs Antell as an EPA event. One of the students that had the opportunity to go on this visit said “The trip was amazing! The teachers were the best and I’m so grateful for them making this happen. You make friends with people you wouldn’t think you’d be friends with and it was an incredible and unforgettable experience!”.
